The 459 XY Wing at r26c2,r4c3 (-9r2c3) wasn't very useful so I instead used the 489 XY Wing at r47c3,r9c1 (-4r4c1) which opened up a 459 XY Wing at r34c1,r4c3 (-4r3c3) which solved it.

I used 3 VH steps to solve it starting with the 238 XY Wing at r26c6,r3c4 (-3r4c4) which opens up an X Wing of 3's in rows 4 and 9 (-3r5c9) which opens up a 238 XY Wing at r5c59,r6c6 (-8r6c7) which so ...

Using just VH moves, there's an X Wing on 1's in rows 1 and 4 (-1r5c3, -1r67c9) which opens up a (couple of) 128 XY Wing(s) which solves it.

Hi Swando, I see that there are Locked Candidates of 4's in column 5 so you can eliminate the 4 from r12c4. Then I see that there's an X Wing on 8's in rows 3 and 4 so you can eliminate the 8 from r1 ...

I used the X Wing on 1's in rows 1 and 6 which then opened up a 145 XY Wing which solved it.

To solve it using just VH moves, there's a 58-2 XY Wing at r1c19,r2c8 (-2r1c7,-2r2c12) which opens up a 29-5 XY Wing at r29c1,r9c7 (-5r2c7) which solves it.

Seems like I solved this one using just basics.

Using just VH moves the X Wing on 5's in rows 3 and 8 (-5r7c3, -5r2c9) opens up a 19-2 XY Wing (with pivot at r7c3) which solves it (-2r7c12, -2r9c7).
