After the first xy-wing (hint:57-79-59 col 8 box 9: r6c8<>5),
I almost overlooked the other one right next to it (57-59-79 col 9: r1c8,r7c9<>7).

Only a one-coffee-puzzle today ...

This puzzle was a beastie for me. For some reason, I could not see/find any wing solutions. Oh, there was an x-wing or two, and I kept thinking there had to be a skyscraper solution...but I could not get anywhere.
Finally, I found the xy wings that you did. This was more like a several pots of coffee puzzle for me.

I found an x-wing and 4 xy-wings. Only two of the xy-wings were needed to solve the puzzle. It is a good thing I like coffee Smile

Ignoring an X-wing <9>, the overlapping XY-wings <579> take out <5> and <7> as shown. This solves it.

My first time through I missed the <5> elimination. I then needed another three XY-wings, and a lot more time!

I did this after the 19th hole – so coffee wasn’t the problem. This was one of those puzzles that looked like a one step pony or whatever it's called - but I still needed an x and two xy’s.

After the 9's X-Wing in r19c28 eliminating 9 in r8c8 the XY-Wing 579 Pivot at r9c8 {7,9} with Pincers {5,9}r8c9 and {5,7}r6c8 which eliminates 5 in r8c8 leaving 2 as the only candidate in r8c8, the puzzle is solved.

I didn't check which of these XYs turned out to be unnecessary:

59-97-75
72-29-94-49-97
73-34-42-27
48-82-29-94
95-57-79

Though I found it independently, credit should go to Nataraj. See the first post in this thread.
