Following an xy-wing (368), an xy-chain eliminates the 4 in R5C9 and solves the puzzle.

I used my excellent new skills for the <39> w-wing - then the 368 xy wing. Interesting that Earl started with the xy wing - I had to use the w wing to find the xy one.

I'll stay true to form and use more moves than everyone else. A W-Wing, couple of XYs and a UR leading to a BUG+1.
