Another, longer solution started out as an extended xy-wing but got extended so much, it is best described as a chain.
(1=6)r8c5 - (6)r7c4 = (6)r7c2 - (6)r5c2 = (6)r5c8 - (6=3)r2c8 - (3)r79c8 = (3)r9c9 - (3=1)r9c3; r8c23<>1
