Hint: This puzzle needs almost no pencil marks if started right
There are few givens to start with, so the Law of Leftovers comes in handy:
If you put the divide between rows 3 and 4, leftovers on the lower side are 3 and seven, so r3c8 must be 7.
This gives a naked pair 6,8 in r58c9 and that box is solved.
From there, solve the sevens, then the fives.

I like these, once in a while, and went looking for a generator.
I was surprised to find that I already have one and it can make puzzles that require VERY advanced techniques.

I get them from the morning paper ... (print edition).
Sudoku for breakfast - gets those brain cells up to speed 
Most days, they are of the classic variety, but once or twice per week, there is a squiggly. |

By the time I decide to post one of these, the grid is already filled in (with pen) and usually a total mess 
Luckily, as a subscriber to the printed paper I have access to the e-paper edition, which enables me to view even those parts of the newspaper that don't appear in the on-line edition, like sudoku.
To copy the grid from the screen, I use Vista's "snipping tool" |
