The old reliable xy-wing wasn't apparent, so I had to look higher.
A Solution: Skyscraper in 2.

I used an XY followed by a Kite for the same number as your Skyscraper. |

I found a pretty useless xy ( 3 more numbers) but it fell out to colouring 2s |

If you really want to use xy wings, it takes 3:
-169 xy-wing (or 16-9 xy-wing)
2-69 xy-wing
-489 xy-wing |

This one started out quickly, but it took me a little while to see the xyz and then xy that solved it! Nice challenge. |
