Four steps, all w-wings: two w-wings on 59 and two w-wings on 39.
After reading the post by Dan, I suspect that my second w-wing on 39 may have been his one stepper.
I constantly looked for other moves, but only found the w-wings.

After limited basics, my solver found two W-Wings to bypass an XY-Chain. Either cracks the puzzle. |

Yes, since my one-stepper was the 59 W-Wing. |
