Hope I did not mess up basics since an obvious single step did the deed.

I do not always check a puzzle for extraneous steps before posting it. This puzzle has three extraneous steps ... apparently! |

I apparently used extraneous steps. An XY-Wing (194) with pincer transport and a W-Wing on 46. By that time the 15 UR was a Type 1. |
