I used four steps to complete this puzzle using the "take them as you see them" approach.

type 1 UR 17 in r89c48,
xy-wing 12-9 with vertex 12 in r2c9 and pincer 19 a pseudocell in r6c29 plus three separate extensions for additional deletions,
xy-wing -149 with vertex 49 in r6c2,
xy-wing -139 with vertex 39 in r5c5 plus two extensions.
