An especially fun puzzle taking me f0ur steps.

(6)r9c6; r9c4<>6
(7)r9c6 - (7=6)r7c6; r9c4<>6.
Thus, all three choices for r9c6 delete the 6 in r9c4 to complete the puzzle.
