I used four steps for this puzzle .

(5=6)r6c6 - (6=2)r4c5 - r4c78 = r5c7 - (2=9)r9c7 - (9=6)r8c9 - (6=5)r5c9; r5c4|r6c9<>5,
Remote Pair 69 deletes 6 form r6c9,
(2=9)r9c7 - (9=6)r8c9 - r8c2 = r7c3 - (6=2)r7c5 - r4c5 = (2)r5c4; r5c7<>2,
xyz-wing 458 in r3c7 deletes 5 in r2c7.
