I initially completed the puzzle with four moves, but in reviewing the solution I realized that the last move was a one-stepper.

type 4 UR16 in r35c23 with x-wing on 6,
x-wing 7,
w-wing 19 in r2c1 & r8c7 with strong link 1 in col8.
