kite removes 5 from r7c5
xy-wing {1,4,7} removes 4 from r1c12
skyscraper 4 removes 4 from r3c6 and r1c8
x-wing removes 5 from r3c5
gets it to here.

A nice three stepper.

xy-wing 1-47 with vertex in r2c5,
finned x-wing r38c67,
AIC found while looking for a xy-wing: (5=6)r3c6 - (6=4)r8c6 - (4=2)r8c7 - r3c7 = r3c9 - (2=4)r5c9 - (4=7)r2c9 - (7=5)r1c8; r1c5<>5.
