Another two stepper.
A chain found looking for a xy-wing: (2=8)r1c8 - (8=6)r3c9 - r4c9 = r4c6 - (6=2)r9c6; r1c6<>2,
skyscraper 6 in r1c67; r4c9|r6c4<>6.
