 *-----------*
 |..5|1..|.2.|
 |.3.|.65|...|
 |2..|..7|.9.|
 |---+---+---|
 |5.9|...|.78|
 |.16|..9|45.|
 |72.|...|6.9|
 |---+---+---|
 |.5.|8..|..1|
 |...|95.|.3.|
 |.9.|..1|7..|

that is a good fiendish.
here is a three step solution.

Code:
+-----------------+----------------+---------------+
| 468   678  5    | 1    9    348  | 38  2    3467 |
| 9     3    478  | 2    6    5    | 1   48   47   |
| 2     68   1    | 34   348  7    | 5   9    346  |
+-----------------+----------------+---------------+
| 5     4    9    | 36   1    236  | 23  7    8    |
| 38    1    6    | 7    238  9    | 4   5    23   |
| 7     2    38   | 5    348  348  | 6   1    9    |
+-----------------+----------------+---------------+
| 346   5    234  | 8    7    2346 | 9   46   1    |
| 1     678  478  | 9    5    46   | 28  3    24   |
| 3468  9    2348 | 346  234  1    | 7   468  5    |
+-----------------+----------------+---------------+

extended w-wing
(8=3)r6c3 - (8)r6c6 = (8)r1c6 - (8=3)r1c7 - (3)r4c7 = (3)r5c9; r5c1 <> 3

(6=4)r8c6 - (4=8)r6c6 - (8)r6c5 = (8)r3c5 - (8=6)r3c2; r8c2 <> 6

UR34[(2)r9c5 = (8)r3c5] - (8)r6c5 = (8-4)r6c6 = (4)r7c6; r7c6 <> 2

I used the same extended w-wing but ended it with this:
Code:
w-wing 38 with connection in c5 and an extension on 3 make r1c5<>3
 *-----------------------------------------------------------*
 | 46    678   5     | 1     9     348   | 38    2     3467  |
 | 9     3     478   | 2     6     5     | 1     48    47    |
 | 2     68    1     | 34    348   7     | 5     9     346   |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 5     4     9     | 36    1     236   | 23    7     8     |
 | 8     1     6     | 7     23    9     | 4     5     23    |
 | 7     2     3     | 5     48    48    | 6     1     9     |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 346   5     24    | 8     7     2346  | 9     46    1     |
 | 1     678   478   | 9     5     46    | 28    3     24    |
 | 346   9     248   | 346   234   1     | 7     468   5     |
 *-----------------------------------------------------------*
(4=8)r2c8 - r9c8 = (8-2)r9c3 = r9c5 - r5c5 = r5c9 - (2=4)r8; r123c9,r79c8<>4

I used a couple of ERs, W-Wing (34), Finned X-Wing (3) and UR (34). The UR wasn't a standard type, but looking at the implications of the DP killers did it.
