looked at this for a while.
I can solve it in two.
UR 49
then a almost locked triple {4,5,8} in r6c478 leads to r6c3 <> 8

Cool

here is that almost locked triple that I was so vague about.
its in row 6, {4,5,8} in c478 if the 2 is false in r6c7
if the 2 is true.
(2)r6c7 - (2)r3c7 = (2-6)r3c1 = (6)r7c1 - (6=8)r7c3
in either case the 8 in r6c3 is eliminated.

Code:
+---------------------+-------------+--------------------+
| 4       158   3     | 12    9  7  | 258     6      28  |
| 1289    7     189   | 12    6  5  | 3       189    4   |
| 19(26)  159   1569  | 3     4  8  | 59(2)   159    7   |
+---------------------+-------------+--------------------+
| 18      4     2     | 9     5  3  | 6       7      18  |
| 5       19    7     | 48    2  6  | 48      3      19  |
| 3       6     9-8   | (48)  7  1  | (2458)  (458)  289 |
+---------------------+-------------+--------------------+
| 89(6)   2     (68)  | 5     1  49 | 7       489    3   |
| 189     1589  14589 | 7     3  2  | 489     489    6   |
| 7       3     49    | 6     8  49 | 1       2      5   |
+---------------------+-------------+--------------------+

als[(8)r6c478 = (2)r6c7] - (2)r3c7 = (2-6)r3c1 = (6)r7c1 - (6=8)r7c3; r6c3 <> 8

I started with a ALS128 in r14c9.
ALS[(1)r1c4 = (8)r1c9]r1c49 - (8=1)r4c9 - r4c1 = r5c2; r1c2<>1.

Coloring on 8 or Type 1 UR14 (and probably other moves) completes the puzzle.

Ted

Edit: While having lunch I was thinking about this puzzle and realized that the ALS I used was simply a xy-wing, but since I was specifically looking for ALSs that is what I found and posted!
