I found an ALS 259 in r67c2 that made a deletion but while looking for another possible deletion, I found a conflicting chain that solved the puzzle in one step.
(2)r5c1 - r5c4 = (2-5)r4c5 = r3c5 - (5=9)r3c6 - r8c6 = r8c3 - r79c1 = r5c1: r5c1<>2.
