Given the title of this puzzle, I started by looking for advanced moves including xy-chains, DPs, and AN(PT) but could not find anything useful. I went back to VH+ steps and found the same solution as Peter.

Danny,
It seems I have forgotten several things while being out of the Sudoku world for a couple of weeks, plus I have always felt that w-wings were in the VH+ class.
