Almost xy-wing 35-8 with vertex r4c2, pincers (38)r4c6 & (58)r6c3 and fin (3)r6c3
If xy-wing is true: r4c13,r6c45<>8
If fin is true: (3)r6c3-r1c3=r1c6-(3=8)r4c6; r4c13,r6c45<>8
A BUG+1 that forces r4c1=5 completes the puzzle.
