				| Well, this puzzle gave me a real run around. However, I did have a "First" which was a swordfish with two separate fins.
 1) ER6 with hinge box6 SLr1c67; r5c6<>6

 2) AUR (79)r37c89 with x-wing 7 overlay; r7c8<>9

 3) Almost skyscraper (9)r28c8 with fin (9)r2c3
 If skyscraper is true: r3c6,r7c4<>9
If fin is true: (9)r2c3-r79c3=(9)r7c1; r7c4<>9
If fin is true: (9)r2c3-r2c8=(9)r3c89; r3c6<>9

 4) How about a swordfish with two fins!! (No, I am not going to suggest another new name.)

  	  | Code: | | *--------------------------------------------------------------------* | 259    7     #249    | 1      45     24569  | 46     8      3      |

 | 8      4      5      | 236    9      23     | 7      26     1      |
 | 7      2      16     | 68     15     568    | 9      3      4      |

 | 1      38     7      | 5      2      3489   | 348   #49     6      |

 swordfish (9)r239c348, marked *, with two fins: (9)r1c3 & r8c8, marked #.
 If swordfish is true: r3c1<>9
 If fin (9)r1c3 is true: (9)r1c3; r3c1<>9
 If fin (9)r8c8 is true: (9)r8c8-r23c8=(9)r3c9; r3c1<>9

 5) ANP(49=1)r28c8-r3c7=(1-3)r7c7=r8c7-(3=8)r8c2-(8=1)r2c2-(1)r2c8; r2c8<>1

 6) Now the finned skyscraper in step 3 has lost its' fin so we get additional deletions.
 skyscraper (9)r28c8; r1c6,r9c4<>9

 7) xy-wing 38-9 extended vertex: (9=3)r9c3-(3=8)r9c4-(8=6)r6c4-(6=4)r4c6-r4c5=r1c5-(4=9)r2c4-r2c8=(9)r3c9; r9c9<>9

 8) xy-wing -468 vertex (68)r6c4; r78c6<>4

 swordfish (9)r239c348, marked *, with two fins: (9)r1c3 & r8c8, marked #.
 If swordfish is true: r3c1<>9
 If fin (9)r1c3 is true: (9)r1c3; r3c1<>9
 If fin (9)r8c8 is true: (9)r8c8-r23c8=(9)r3c9; r3c1<>9

Your elimination is correct, but you have the wrong Swordfish. Yours has an ugly third fin cell -- (9)r7c3.

To verify this, place a (#) in front of every cell in c348 with a <9>. Now for r239, change any (#) to (*).

BTW: Fish are allowed to have multiple fin cells w/o needing a special name.

FWIW to those who adhere to tarek's head post in The Ultimate Fish Guide: There are separate definitions for Fin Cell and Fin Sector. Tarek, and many others, use the contraction fins when they mean fin cell(s).

				| Danny,
I have no idea how I missed that 9 in r7c3. It is so obvious that it denies explanation

In this case, the extra fin does not make the deletion r3c1<>9, but in hindsight I realize the step is not needed to complete the puzzle.
