XY-Wing 69 67 79 Pivoted in r9c7 removing the 9's in BOX 7 row 7 solves it.

Another single stepper is a W wing with 69.

A longer route that worked is a swordfish on 9, followed by a type 1 UR with 19 followed by a BUG+1.
