I'm sure there's a second wing somewhere - or something else that I shoulda spotted. But for now I'm stuck.

Here I am after playing the XY-Wing plus a pincer transport. I don't see anything but haven't checked for X-Wings and chains.

Skyscrapers take out 6 in R2C5 and R3C8. A W-wing plus transport takes out 5 in R8C5.

Then, an M-wing based on 35 solves R4C5 as 2, and the puzzle.
