An ER based in box 4 sets r8c1<>1, exposing a 689 triple in box 7, exposing a 497 XY-Wing pivoted in r7c5, setting r8c2<>7. In my actual doing of the puzzle, I played Hidden URs on both the 39 and 68 URs before the ER, but they aren't needed.
