A finned x-wing does the trick if the fin is transported.

| I had the same type of move as Ted, but different cells because I missed some basics. I had an 8 in r2c4, so the Wing was in r28c46 and the fin was transported from r2c8 to r6c9, setting r6c46<>8. |
