XY-Wing 234 pivoted in r5c8; r4c8 and r9c9<>4 solves it or the same pivoted in r4c9; r9c8<>2.

The 23 s in Boxes 3 and 6 operating on 2s in col 7 mean that r1c8 <> 3 which is enough to so9lve it
