Code after basics:
Code: | *-----------------------------------------------------------*
| 1 27 9 | 45 35 247 | 37 6 8 |
| 4 678 5 | 1 368 67 | 379 29 23 |
| 26 2678 3 | 68 9 267 | 4 5 1 |
|-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
| 89 4 1 | 2 68 5 | 39 7 36 |
| 89 3 7 | 468 168 146 | 5 29 26 |
| 26 5 26 | 9 7 3 | 8 1 4 |
|-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
| 7 1 4 | 3 2 9 | 6 8 5 |
| 5 26 26 | 7 4 8 | 1 3 9 |
| 3 9 8 | 56 156 16 | 2 4 7 |
*-----------------------------------------------------------*
|
Two step version:
ANP(67=2)r23c6-r1c6=r1c2-(2=6)r3c1 => -6r3c4
(8=6)r4c5-r5c4=r9c4-(6=1)r9c6-r5c6=1r5c5 => -8r5c5
I originally spotted this as an Almost AIC where either 6r3c4 or 6r9c4 if 6r4c5.
If 6r9c4 then AIC: (8=6)r4c5-r5c4=r9c4-(6=1)r9c6-r5c6=1r5c5 => -8r5c5
If 6r3c4 then Almost Element: 6r3c4-(67=2)r23c6-r1c6=r1c2-(2=6)r3c1 Conflict => -6r3c4
Thus the AIC is valid to complete the puzzle.
One step version:
[6r3c4-(67=2)r23c6-r1c6=r1c2-(2c6)r3c1 Conflict => -6r3c4] = [(8=6)r4c5-r5c4=r9c4-(6=1)r9c6-r5c6=1r5c5 => -8r5c5] => -8r5c5

I couldn't find the Holy Grail, aka one-stepper, so I used an XYZ-Wing, potential DP, M-Wing and BUG+2. |
