I used Keith's basics.

DP (58) r15c45

Using a mix of internals and externals

8r3c5=7r5c5=> 7 common outcomes

(Sorry, no notation).

Darn it all Marty! You make it look so easy! This one took me a long long long time and I began with Keith's grid.
9r2c4-r2c8=(9-1)r3c7=r3c5-(1=6)r9c5-(6=2)r2c5-(2=39)r23c6-9r2c4; contradiction => r2c4<>9; stte (I think).

Don, I took the liberty of offering up an alternative, changes in red.

(6=9)r2c4-r2c8=(9-1)r3c7=r3c5-(1=6)r9c5-(6=2)r2c5-(2=396)r23c6r2c4

A shorter version of the previous chains :
Code:
+-------------+-----------------+-----------------+
| 9   23   28 | 158   158   4   | 13     6     7  |
| 7   4    1  | (69)  2-6   239 | 5      3(9)  8  |
| 5   36   68 | 7     8(1)  39  | 3(19)  2     4  |
+-------------+-----------------+-----------------+
| 18  57   4  | 2     39    6   | 389    379   15 |
| 12  9    3  | 58    578   78  | 6      4     12 |
| 28  567  67 | 4     39    1   | 389    379   25 |
+-------------+-----------------+-----------------+
| 6   1    27 | 3     27    5   | 4      8     9  |
| 3   28   5  | 89    4     29  | 7      1     6  |
| 4   78   9  | 1-6   (16)  78  | 2      5     3  |
+-------------+-----------------+-----------------+
(6=9)r2c4-9r2c8=(9-1)r3c7=1r3c5-(1=6)r9c5 -> -6r2c5,r9c4; stte
