Someone out there must have a simpler solution!

My first pass was an xy chain - pincers for 2 at r2c1and r3c9 ==> r3c2 <>2

Then a r89c2, r9c6 <258> XYZ wing ====> r9c1 <> 8

Not exactly simpler!
