I got some eliminations by color wings, but soon - stuck right here:

edit: oops I just realized I posted almost the same grid (because I started without pencil marks ...) The 3 in r1c8 goes away by this chain in "3"s: 18-14=36-96=98-18, thats a - ahem - skyscraper? no, turbot fish I guess.

right. r167 and c149 and 3 goes away in r5c1 and r3c9
some more color wings on 3 and 9 and finally done.
Three's the magic number in this one.
