play online

Hint:
I believe this puzzle is easier to do on paper than online. There are quite a few hidden pair/naked quad, quint etc.

I saw an x-wing (7) in rows 5 and 8 before even finished with basics, which would solve r2c1=7, but since this is a "hard", decided not to use it. The turning point for me was the hidden pair 46 in row 6, which led to hidden single 7 / or naked quad 1469 in col 5)

I started out with locked candidates in three boxes, which opened up a 79 pair in c1, followed by the 7 hidden single. Then three more pairs and a 3589 quad in r6.
