Gave this F set one a go. Not sure what F set means or how easy this was supposed to be. But I used ERs on 2, 4 and 9; an x-wing; some fancy colouring on <7>; and a Type 4 UR. Then I was able to get the F set off. |

All of the advanced techniques in the Set F puzzles are limited to: X-Wing, XY-Wing, UR Type 1, and BUG+1. So, they should have all been easy. Right? |

Not necessarily easy - but not overly complex or inaccessible. But then easy for whom - inaccessible to whom. I'm no longer sure about who wants what. |

A three-stepper: an XY-Wing on 497 sandwiched between W-Wings on 79 and 27. |

Neither am I. If you review the thread lengths for my posts, many of them have one or two replies that reported a one/two-stepper solution. Then the thread dies. I started searching for more complex puzzles in hopes of getting a variety of solutions reported for each thread. |
