Two steps.
Quote:
xy-wing -135 with vertex 35 in r4c9, which sets up a
type 6 UR13 in r29c89. To prevent the DP, either r2c9=5 or r9c8=6. Thus,
(3=6)r7c7 - UR13[(6)r9c8 = (5)r2c9] - (5=3)r4c9; r4c7,r9c9<>3 to complete the puzzle.

I missed something again. My first step was the same as Ted's and I also used the Type 6 UR, but I used steps before and after the UR, finishing up with a Medusa trap.
