Marty, I like yours better. Here is mine:
xy-wing 719 then

| 6 12 9 | 48 1478 127 | 5 3 147 |
| 7 12 8 | 45 3 125 | 6 19 149 |
|----------------------+----------------------+----------------------|
| 15 79 6 | 3 179 8 | 4 2 159 |
| 15 3 2 | 46 14679 179 | 8 1679 1569 |
| 8 79 4 | 2 15679 1579 | 19 1679 3 |

| 4 58 7 | 568 5689 3 | 2 16 169 |
*--------------------------------------------------------------------*
An m-wing?
(1=7)r1c5-(7)r4c5=(7-9)r4c2=(9)r6c2-(9=1)r6c7-(1=7)r1c7
=> r1c7<>1

Three steps.
(9=5)r8c6 - UR12[(5)r3c6 = (7)r2c6]r23c26 - (7)r1c5 = (7)r1c7 - (7=9)r8c7; r8c259<>9,
UR12 in r23c26 with x-wing 2 deleted 1 in r23c6
xy-wing -127 with vertex in r2c6 completes the puzzle.
After reading the post by Marty, I realize my first step was not useful, but I did enjoy finding it.
