A very fun puzzle
My six moves, taking everyone as I found them, were:
a useless skyscraper with transport or a chain on 7: (7)r1c4 = (7)r1c9 - r4c9 = r4c1 - r5c3 = r2c3; r2c4<>7,
a chain on 8: (8)r3c7 = r13c9 - r7c9 = r9c7 - r9c1 = r78c3 - r5c3 = r5c2; r3c2<>8,
kite on 5 with pivot in box 8,
m-wing 28 deletes 2 in r2c5 plus transport deletes 2 in r2c3,
AIC found looking for a xy-wing: (7=8)r2c3 - r8c3 = r9c1 - (8-2)r9c7 - (2=7)r5c7; r5c3<>7,
Skyscraper 2 in r67c9.
