A nice, but useless, 6-cell DP on 49 in r4c68, r5c28, r6c26. To prevent the deadly pattern:
(3)r4c6 - (3=4)r4c9 - (4=9)r4c8,
(2)r5c8 - (2=34)r45c9 - (4=9)r4c8.
Thus both conditions that prevent the deadly pattern force r4c8=9.
A one-step VH solution is
