There is surely a shorter solution, but this one different.

In order, three Type 1 URs, one each on 23, 67 & 38.
Then two x-wing, one on 3 and then 5.
Finally a BUG+1 completes the puzzle.

There is a two stepper that is interesting too:

or you can hook up a w-wing 35 with an xy chain to remove some 5's including r6c5 for a one stepper. Very Happy

Interesting one, to be sure. I played one of the Type 1 URs (67), then a flightless XY-Wing Chain (23-25-25-25-35) with pincer transport.
