Ignoring the Type 2 UR16, I found an AIC while looking for xy-wings:
(9=2)r6c4 - (2=5)r4c6 - r13c4 = r3c5 - (5=9)r8c5; r789c4<>9
After lots of cleanup, a Type 1 6-cell DP in r456c258 forces r5c8=9. (It was fun to find this step but it did not help in solving the puzzle.)
Again while looking for extended xy-wings I found another AIC:
(9=2)r3c1 - r1c3 = r9c3 - r9c4 = (2-3)r7c4 = r5c3 - r5c6 = r3c6 - (3=5)r3c5 - (5=9)r1c6; r1c12<>9.

Not much time for Sudoku, but this one is quite interesting…
1- Look at 9’s on R2 and box 9: if r2c7 & r9c789<>9 => Fish 9’s : r2c5=r2c9-r7c9=r8c7 => r8c5<>9
2- Look at Almost XY-wing (259)r28c5/r1c6: if r1c6<>9 => XY-wing (259)r28c5/r1c6 => r3c5<>5
Present as diagram: => r3c5<>5, and singles to the end
