				To solve the February 27 DB pick the correct crayon!
 
 
Solution:  If you colour in 6 it will take two steps.  Colour correctly in 7, and it is a one-stepper.

				And if you do not do colors or Remote Pairs, you can try a m-wing (which in this case is really a variation on the Remote Pair).
 
 
After basics, r1c9=67
 
If r1c9=6, then r2c7<>6, then r7c7=6, then r7c2=7 (due to strong link on 7); r1c2<>7
 
If r1c9=7; r1c2<>7.
 
Thus r1c2<>7 to complete the puzzle.
 
 
As an AIC: (7=6)r1c9 - (6)r2c7 = (6-7)r7c7 = (7)r7c2; r1c2<>7.
