(9)r8c5 = (9-8)r7c5 = (8-1)r7c8 = (1-3)r7c7 = r8c7 - (3)r8c5;
r8c5<>3, r8c7<>9 |

My first move did the deed.
finned xy-wing 2-39 with vertex in r7c9, pincer 23 in r7c2, pincer 39 in r8c7, and fin 6 also in r8c7.
If the xy-wing is true, then r7c7|r8c123<>3
If the fin is true: (6)r8c7 - (6=23)r8c2 which forms a subset (23) in r78c2; r8c13<>3
The common deletions, r8c13<>3, can be performed to complete the puzzle.
