I used my usual mishmash of steps. Three XY-Wings, one with pincer transport, an X-Wing, M-Wing with pincer transport, Type 6 UR and two simple colorings to finish. |

Two steps: a kite on three and an AIC found extending the vertex of a potential xy-wing 12-9. The chain is a variation of the one posted by Dan, where I started with the xy-wing.
(9=1)r6c4 - (1=2)r8c4 - r3c4 = (2-7)r3c5 = (7-9)r3c7 = (9)r1c9; r6c9<>9.
