but more fun is if you take a look at the 4's in columns 1 and 7
the way to see this is to realize that at least one of these is true...
skyscraper on 4's (r5c1 = r2c1 - r2c7 = r4c7)
the 4 in r3c1
the 4 in r1c7
just notice that if the 4's in r3c1 and r1c7 are false then the skyscraper is true and the 4 is eliminated from r5c9.
