Definitely had turbot moves in it for me!
Four steps (or three if one allows oneself a simple xy-chain)
Quote:
kite(8) (8)r2c2=r2c4 - r1c5=r9c5; r9c2<>8
skyscraper(8) (8)r1c3=r1c6 -r4c6=r4c1; r6c3<>8
xy-wing(78-9) r1c3; r2c89<>9
kite(9) (9)r2c4=r2c2 - r3c1=r8c1; r8c4<>9

last two steps can be replaced by...
Quote:
xy-chain (9=7)r1c8 - (7=8)r1c3 - (8=7)r8c3 - (7=9)r8c1 - (9=1)r8c4 - (1=9)r7c5; r1c5<>9

V similar

Quote:
ER removes 8 from r8c4
Skyscraper removes 8 from r6c3
<789> XY Wing vertex at r1c3; r2c89<>9
