Two chains, not sure if they qualified as pure XY-Chains or not. Then a flightless XY-Wing (295) with pincer transport.

This my first almost XYZ-wing (shown in asterisks)
The digit spoiling the xyz is the fin 1 (shown as 1+) in r9c9

If fin 1 is false then XYZ 159 is true and r8c7<>5 and puzzle solved

otherwise

If fin 1 is true then (59=1)r9c9-(1=9)r3c9-(9)r4c9 so r4c9<> 9 solves puzzle.

[Ed footnote]

To bag it in a chain looks a little like this:

(59=1)r9c9-(1=9)r3c9-(9=7)r4c9-(7=9)r4c7-(9=15)r69c7 so r8c7<>5

Code:
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 69   5    69   | 3    7    1    | 2    8    4    |
| 8    3    1    | 9    4    2    | 67   5    67   |

MM,

That almost xyz-wing is beautiful, especially the handling of the fin.
