XY-Wing 48 34 38 Pivoted in r8c3 eliminating 8 in r7c4 solves it.

This is my post-basics grid. It's one of those puzzles that's fun to play around with. I found five one-steppers, with some making the same eliminations.

Another is a w-wing on 39 with a strong link on 9 in r5 eliminating 3 at r7c7.
