A kite in 9 originating from BOX 8 eliminates 9 in r2c3 opens an XY-Wing 38 68 36 with pivot in r2c8 solves the puzzle.

There was an XY-Wing 36-8 available as a single step, pivoted in r1c9.

An XY-wing in R12 jumped out early as I was entering only bivalue candidates.
