Hmm - perhaps "grouped" moves are not in this solver/setter? Seemed relatively straightforward...

Interesting that I found a one stepper that involved essentially the same cells as Peter.

Mine involved the same cells as well.

ER (5); r7c8<>5, sets up
M-Wing (34); r9c8<>4 + transport; r8c5<>4
