An xy-wing 379 makes r5c3<>3 which solves the puzzle.

there is an xyz wing.
27 in box 1 and 37,237 in box 4 solves it

For those who enjoy more fun, there is an X-Wing on 7 in r36 setting r5c3 and r7c8<>7 which reveals an XY-Wing 237 pivot at r5c3 setting r2c1 and r6c3<>7 for the solution.
