You go away for a couple of days and miss all the action..........

Here are a couple of different solutions.

4r5c3=r6c1-(4=8)r6c6-r4c4=(8-2)r4c1=r6c1; conflict => -4r6c1

and

ANP(89=4)r45c4-r5c3=(4-2)r6c1=r4c1-(2=9=8)r4c84 => -8r2c4
