(7=4)r3c9 - (4=2)r3c1 - r7c1 = (2-3)r7c3 = (3-4)r7c6 = (4)r7c9 => - 7 r7c9; stte |

				Hey! Wait a minute. I found a chain that eliminated the 7 from r7c9 too but I got stuck finishing it with basics so I gave up since it didn't appear to be a one-stepper. Darn it all. I got down to a bunch of interconnected cells but no obvious way to proceed.

Edit: I just went back and checked my worksheet Clement. Are you sure that r7c9 solves it? (I still don't see it.) I had cells r2c34, r3c14, and r4c6 circled as possible one-steppers and I had a big 'NO!' pointing to r7c9 along with light slashes through all the cells that I was able to solve from it. |

You are right. I must have inserted a correct number erroneously in the process of completing it. After eliminating 7 in r7c9 the grid which follows is like this

 	  | Code: |

+---------+--------+----------+

| 5  7 1  | 8  4 6 | 3  2   9 |

| 3  8 24 | 25 9 7 | 6  45  1 |

| 24 6 9  | 25 3 1 | 48 458 7 |

+---------+--------+----------+

| 7  2 48 | 6  5 9 | 48 1   3 |

| 48 1 5  | 3  7 2 | 9  48  6 |

| 9  3 6  | 4  1 8 | 5  7   2 |

+---------+--------+----------+

| 28 5 28 | 7  6 3 | 1  9   4 |

| 6  9 7  | 1  8 4 | 2  3   5 |

| 1  4 3  | 9  2 5 | 7  6   8 |

+---------+--------+----------+

 |

Which can be completed by BUG+1; r3c8=4 or other techniques. I am sorry for the inconvenience. |
