My path was the early X-Wing (1) in rows 2 & 7, columns 2 & 9.
r1c2<>1, r6c2<>1, r9c2<>1, r4c9<>1, and r9c9<>1.
This revealed the XYZ-Wing of (237) with pivot at r9c2; pincers at r6c2 and r8c1. Thus r7c2<>2. Basics from there. |

Another possible solution is a
XY-Chain r1c1 1,7 - r8c1 7,2 - r7c2 2,1 - r2c2 1,9 - r2c9 9,1 - r3c8 1,9 - r3c4 9,1 and -1 in r1c45.
